Overview

Mesh Memory Protocol™ is the foundational technology for lawful, persistent, and explainable AI memory — developed and owned by Consenix Group Ltd.

It consists of:

  1. MeshMemory Core (closed source): proprietary engines, algorithms, and governance logic.
  2. MeshMem SDK (open source): developer API, connectors, and integration tooling.
  3. Protocol standards, field schemas, governance rules, and domain-specific parameter sets.

1. Ownership

MeshMemory™, MeshMem™, Mesh Memory Protocol™, Cognitive Memory Block (CMB)™, Symbolic–Vector Attention Fusion (SVAF)™, Vector Evolution Engine (VEE)™, CAT7™, SYMBit™, SYM.BOT™, and all related marks are proprietary trademarks of Consenix Group Ltd, United Kingdom.

All source code, models, schemas, documentation, and governance logic are exclusive intellectual property of Consenix Group Ltd.

2. License Types

2.1 MeshMemory Public License v1.0

Applies to all MeshMemory Core and SDK code unless otherwise noted.

You may:

  1. Use the software for non-commercial research, academic review, or protocol evaluation.
  2. Quote or cite materials with clear attribution:

You may not, without prior written license:

  1. Use in any commercial or production environment.
  2. Create forks, derivatives, re-implementations, or competing protocols.
  3. Remove or obscure copyright, trademark, or license notices.
  4. Reverse engineer or extract protocol logic for independent or competing use.

2.2 Commercial License

For OEM, enterprise deployment, SaaS integration, or productization.

Includes:

  1. Source code or compiled core engine distribution.
  2. Commercial use rights in production systems.
  3. OEM embedding rights.
  4. Extended support, SLAs, and security updates.
  5. Governance parameter customization for regulated domains.

3. Attribution Requirement

All permitted uses must include clear attribution in user-facing interfaces and documentation:

Attribution must be visible in product “About” screens and any public documentation or marketing materials.

4. Export Control

This software may be subject to:

  1. UK export control regulations.
  2. Foreign export laws in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for compliance with such laws before exporting, re-exporting, or providing access to the software.

5. No Warranty

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, including but not limited to:

  1. Warranties of merchantability
  2. Fitness for a particular purpose
  3. Non-infringement

Consenix Group Ltd is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages.

6. License Compliance & Enforcement

Violation of these terms — including unlicensed commercial use, creation of derivative protocols, removal of notices, or reverse engineering — will result in:

  1. Immediate license termination
  2. Potential legal action under applicable laws and treaties

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

  2. Details: Provide use case, estimated user base, deployment model, and timeline.
  3. Review: We will propose a license tier, pricing, and terms.
  4. Agreement: Upon signature and payment, commercial rights are granted.
