1. Ownership of Intellectual Property
Consenix Group Ltd is the exclusive owner of all intellectual property associated with the Consenix Intelligence™ framework — a cognition technology stack that enables lawful, emotionally aware, and context-sensitive computation.
Consenix Intelligence comprises:
- Mesh Memory Protocol (Protocol A): Cognitive infrastructure for structured, auditable, and continuous memory.
- Cognition Assetization Protocol (Protocol B): Framework for lawful valuation and exchange of cognitive assets.
- Emotional Intelligence Extension: An advanced layer of affective cognition that allows systems to sense, interpret, and adapt to human emotion in real time.
All related patents, software, specifications, documentation, and trademarks are the property of Consenix Group Ltd.
2. Licensing of Consenix Intelligence
SYM.BOT Ltd holds an exclusive commercial license to use and integrate the Consenix Intelligence™ framework — including its Emotional Intelligence Extension — for the creation of consumer-facing applications and software systems.
This license currently covers, but is not limited to:
- MeloTune — an emotion-aware music player that adapts to how users feel.
- MeloMove — a mood-aligned fitness and nutrition companion.
All products developed and distributed by SYM.BOT Ltd operate "Powered by Consenix Intelligence™" under this exclusive license.
3. Research & Development
Consenix Labs Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Consenix Group Ltd, conducts protocol research, algorithmic development, and technical validation for the Consenix Intelligence framework, ensuring scientific integrity and lawful cognition standards.
4. Restrictions
No portion of the Consenix Intelligence framework, including its Emotional Intelligence Extension, may be copied, modified, reverse-engineered, sublicensed, or distributed without prior written consent from Consenix Group Ltd.
All derived works, integrations, or derivative APIs must comply with Consenix licensing policies and lawful-cognition standards.
5. Trademarks
Consenix™, Consenix Intelligence™, Consensus on Intelligence Exchange™, MeshMemory™, Mesh Cognition™, Cognition Assetization Protocol™, and associated marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of Consenix Group Ltd in the United Kingdom and other jurisdictions.
