All products, technologies, designs, algorithms, models, and documentation developed under the Consenix brand are the exclusive intellectual property of Consenix Group Ltd.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  1. Mesh Memory Protocol™ and all associated SDKs and core engines.
  2. MeshMemory™, MeshMem™, Cognitive Memory Block (CMB)™, Symbolic–Vector Attention Fusion (SVAF)™, Vector Evolution Engine (VEE)™, CAT7™, SYMBit™, SYM.BOT™, and related marks.
  3. All field schemas, governance logic, protocol specifications, and economic models.
  4. All documentation, white papers, diagrams, and UX/UI designs.

All names, logos, and product designations are trademarks or registered trademarks of Consenix Group Ltd in the United Kingdom and other jurisdictions.

3. License & Usage Boundaries

Unless expressly licensed in writing, you may not:

  4. Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract protocol logic.
  5. Use Consenix trademarks in a manner that suggests sponsorship or endorsement without written consent.

Non-commercial research, academic review, and protocol evaluation are allowed under the Mesh Memory Public License v1.0 with clear attribution:

4. Export Control

Consenix products may be subject to UK export control regulations and applicable foreign laws.
You are responsible for compliance with such laws prior to exporting, re-exporting, or granting access to Consenix technology.

THIS SOFTWARE AND DOCUMENTATION ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Enforcement & Jurisdiction

Unauthorized use of Consenix intellectual property will result in immediate license termination and may lead to civil or criminal penalties under applicable laws.
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
